Please plan on attending the Fall REGIONAL ENCOUNTER for Cursillistas.  Make your reservations by mailing this form to Larry Deters, 1901 SW Stone Ave, Topeka, KS 66604. The cost is $85.00 for reservations received up until September 14, 2014 (includes 2 overnight stays, meals and all materials), and $95.00 after that date.  Checks should be made payable to Region VI Cursillo. Please make reservations so that we can prepare proper amount of food

.A list of area motels is provided on the second page. 

  You will need to bring your personal items with you, such as, soap, shampoo, toothpaste, etc. All bedding and towels will be furnished. Each room has two twin beds. We have room for 100 people.

Please plan on arriving between 5:00-7:00PM on Friday, or if you are arriving at another time, please let us know below what time to expect you.  If you are running late or need help finding the facility, please feel free to call .  This will also be your emergency number for friends and family to contact you in case of an emergency.  Your registration fee includes a snack on Friday evening,  Saturday breakfast, lunch and dinner (with late evening snack provided) and Sunday breakfast.  A bag lunch will be prepared for those travelling and planning to leave Saturday night or Sunday morning after Mass.

Juan Ruiz, National Spanish Language Coordinator from National will be with us for this meeting.   .
